Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager - Accounts & Finance based in Gurugram. The Manager will oversee international accounting operations, including preparing and reviewing financial statements, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role also requires liaising with global partners, handling cross-border transactions, and implementing strategies to optimize financial performance. Additionally, the Manager will be responsible for leading and mentoring the accounts team, performing risk assessments, and supporting business expansion with strategic financial planning.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in accounting and financial management, including Consolidated,budget preparation, financial forecasting, and compliance with international financial regulations
• Strong analytical skills for data analysis, risk assessment, and financial reporting
• Experience with cross-border financial transactions and global accounting standards
• Leadership and team management skills to mentor and guide the accounts team
• Proficiency in accounting software and tools, such as ERP systems or other financial technologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with global partners and stakeholders
• Relevant qualifications such as a CA, CPA, CMA
