Role Description The Ai Artist will work full time on-site in the Greater Allahabad Area, collaborating closely with directors, writers, and editors to create visual assets and sequences using AI tools. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating concept art, character designs, and environments, refining AI-generated imagery, and aligning visuals with the emotional tone and narrative of each project. The Ai Artist will experiment with different AI models and workflows to support short films, vertical content, and digital series, while maintaining a consistent aesthetic across projects. The role also involves preparing assets for post-production, optimizing files for various platforms, and contributing creative ideas during story development and visual brainstorming sessions. The Ai Artist will be expected to stay updated on emerging AI art technologies and help integrate them into the studios creative process.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency with AI art and image-generation tools (e.g., Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, DALL·E, or similar), and ability to craft effective prompts.
• Solid foundation in visual design principles, including composition, color, lighting, and storytelling through imagery.
• Experience with digital art and post-processing tools (such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or comparable software).
• Ability to collaborate with filmmakers and writers, interpret briefs, and translate narratives into compelling visual concepts.
• Comfort with experimenting, iterating quickly, and adapting art styles for different formats (short films, vertical content, web series).
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple creative tasks in a fast-paced production environment.
• Previous experience in film, animation, game art, or digital content creation is a plus; a portfolio showcasing AI-assisted and original visual work is required.
• Relevant education in design, fine arts, media, or a related field is beneficial, though strong demonstrated skill and portfolio may substitute formal education.
