Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Trainer role based in Chennai. The trainer will design and deliver curriculum on core digital marketing concepts, including social media marketing, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and analytics. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting interactive training sessions, preparing learning materials, creating assessments, and providing feedback to learners on their performance and progress. The role involves staying updated on industry trends, incorporating real-world case studies into lessons, and collaborating with internal teams to improve course content and learner outcomes. The trainer will also support learners with career guidance, interview preparation, and practical project mentoring.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear presentation, active listening, and the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
• Candidates should possess Marketing and Social Media Marketing skills, with hands-on experience in digital campaigns, content creation, and performance analysis.
• Candidates should possess Training skills, including curriculum development, classroom management, and learner assessment.
• Candidates should possess Sales awareness or exposure, with an understanding of how digital marketing supports lead generation and conversion.
• Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in digital marketing.
• Certifications in digital marketing platforms or tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta/LinkedIn marketing) are beneficial.
• Experience delivering training or workshops, preferably in an academic or corporate environment, is an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively, adapt teaching styles to diverse learners, and commit to on-site work in Chennai.
