Job Description
- As the Director of IT Operations at Strategy, you will play a crucial role in leading our global infrastructure and support operations from our India hub located in Pune. You will be responsible for ensuring the stability, scalability, and security of Strategys enterprise IT systems by shaping and driving our infrastructure strategy. Your leadership will involve managing a talented international team, collaborating with business and technology stakeholders, and delivering robust, secure, and cost-effective IT solutions.
In this role, you will be expected to manage Active Directory, Microsoft 365, server management, system patching (SCCM), and implement and maintain secure configurations for hardware, software, and network services. You will define and enforce IT operational standards, documentation, runbooks, and SLAs while planning and coordinating maintenance windows, change controls, upgrades, and incident response. Asset lifecycle management, inventory controls, procurement recommendations, and vendor relationship management will also be part of your responsibilities.

For this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with at least 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure operations, including 5+ years in a management or leadership role. Your experience should cover running a 24/7 enterprise-grade infrastructure across multiple regions, disaster recovery planning, testing, and execution, as well as project management expertise in delivering complex cross-functional IT initiatives. Advanced knowledge of enterprise network architectures, cloud networking components, Microsoft technologies, virtualization, and endpoint security is required. Strong communication skills, analytical mindset, and the ability to navigate complex global organizations are essential qualities for success in this position.,
