About the Role:

We are looking for a high-impact Product Manager with strong FinTech domain exposure and a proven track record of building and scaling digital products in fast-paced environments. The ideal candidate should combine business thinking, analytical rigor, customer obsession, and execution excellence to drive product growth across B2B and/or B2C platforms.

The role requires close collaboration with business, engineering, operations, analytics, and leadership teams to solve complex problems across lending, payments, customer journeys, partner ecosystems, and workflow automation.

This role is inspired by the profile benchmarked from a previously selected candidate with experience across digital lending, enterprise workflow systems, acquisition funnels, and platform modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from problem discovery, roadmap planning, prioritization, execution, launch, and optimization.
• Build scalable FinTech products across lending, payments, onboarding, CRM, LOS/LMS, partner platforms, or customer acquisition ecosystems.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to identify bottlenecks, process gaps, and automation opportunities.
• Drive product strategy using customer insights, market research, analytics, and business KPIs.
• Collaborate with engineering teams in Agile/Scrum environments to deliver high-quality releases.
• Define PRDs, user stories, workflows, wireframes, success metrics, and release plans.
• Improve customer journeys, funnel conversions, operational efficiency, and turnaround times through product interventions.
• Integrate third-party APIs, fintech platforms, CRM tools, and communication systems wherever required.
• Monitor product performance through dashboards, analytics, experimentation, and feedback loops.
• Lead cross-functional stakeholder management across technology, operations, sales, compliance, and leadership teams.
• Support GTM initiatives, partner enablement, and adoption strategies for new product launches.

Preferred Background:

• 4-8 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or Product Strategy roles.
• Strong experience in FinTech/BFSI domains such as:

• Digital Lending
• Payments
• WealthTech
• InsuranceTech
• Credit Platforms
• Banking Platforms
• SaaS platforms for Financial Services

• Exposure to high-scale transaction systems, workflow-heavy platforms, or enterprise-grade products.
• Experience handling acquisition funnels, CRM systems, lead management, onboarding flows, or operational automation.
• Prior experience working with engineering teams and understanding APIs, integrations, and data flows.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data for product decisions.

• Prior experience in lending or regulated financial ecosystems will be preferred.
