Role Description The Online Campaign Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online campaigns across digital channels to generate leads, increase brand visibility, and support sales objectives. Day-to-day tasks include designing campaign strategies, setting up and monitoring ads, managing budgets, tracking performance through web analytics tools, and preparing regular reports on campaign effectiveness. The Online Campaign Manager will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align campaigns with business goals and target audiences. The role also involves testing new digital tactics, improving conversion rates, and ensuring campaigns follow best practices and compliance guidelines.

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Campaign Management and Online Marketing to plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns.
• Candidates should possess Digital Marketing skills, including experience with paid advertising, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing.
• Candidates should possess Web Analytics skills to measure performance, interpret data, and generate actionable insights.
• Candidates should possess Sales-related skills, including understanding of lead generation, conversion funnels, and collaboration with sales teams.
• Relevant skills and qualifications include a bachelors degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field; proficiency with common ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads) and analytics tools; strong written and verbal communication; attention to detail; and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
