Oracle Sales Cloud BA

Your responsibilities will involve participating in the deployment of digital sales tools, including designing, building, testing, implementing, and stabilizing them. Additionally, you will receive and resolve user issues, deploy service requests, ensuring scalability and meeting business requirements, and identifying and documenting functional gaps. You will also be involved in regression and integration testing during new releases or when detailed testing is necessary, leading or participating in root cause analysis for critical issues, resolving production configuration issues, and supporting, maintaining, and developing interfaces between the Digital system and related business critical systems.

Collaboration with the Project Management Office will be essential for estimating delivery timelines, resourcing needs, and identifying risks and issues upfront. You will participate in validation/testing and release activities as required, translate system specifications into functioning programs using the Oracle Sales Cloud CRM Platform, and develop test plans to ensure proper operations and meet business requirements. Furthermore, creating training plans and documentation for digital applications and tools, escalating issues and requests to vendors or implementation partners for timely resolution, and working effectively with remote team members, outsourced resources, and users to complete tasks are integral aspects of this role.

To be successful in this position, you should possess at least 7 years of experience working with CRM platforms, specifically Oracle CX Cloud, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, international experience, and ideally experience in an international System Integrator company. In terms of technical/functional skills, deep experience with the Oracle Sales Cloud platform and Oracle Cloud CX (Sales and Service), knowledge of Oracle ERP systems, experience with Oracle Visual Builder (VBCS), PL/SQL or MS SQL, Java, and Javascript, experience creating Functional Requirement Documentation, excellent communication and teamwork skills, process discipline, documentation skills, adaptability, flexibility, and the ability to respond to deadlines and workflow fluctuations are required. Knowledge of ITIL v3 is preferred for this role.,
