Were looking for a Principal Consultant Fraud Domain (Pre-Sales) to join our dynamic team!

Role Overview:

As a Principal Consultant, you will be at the intersection of technology and business helping clients solve complex fraud challenges while supporting our Pre-Sales initiatives. Youll work closely with cross-functional teams, product owners, and leadership to deliver impactful solutions and win new business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a subject matter expert in Telecom Fraud and Pre-Sales engagements.
• Lead technical responses to RFx (RFI/RFP/RFQ) and contribute to strategic proposal development.

• Design and present tailored technical solutions, proof of concepts, and fraud mitigation strategies.
• Deliver compelling presentations and demos to senior executives and stakeholders.
• Support client engagements from discovery to proposal delivery, ensuring technical and business alignment.
• Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to align solutions with client needs.

Required Experience & Skills:

• 710 years of overall experience in the IT/Telecom industry.
• 5+ years in Telecom domain with strong knowledge of 3G, 4G, and 5G architectures & call flows.
• Solid understanding of OSS/BSS systems.
• 3+ years in Telecom Fraud domain with hands-on experience in fraud analysis, investigations, prevention, and control mechanisms.
• 3+ years in Pre-Sales with a proven track record in crafting responses to RFx, building technical proposals, and conducting executive presentations.
• Excellent oral and written communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills and SQL knowledge.
• Experience in solution implementation or executing Proof of Concepts (PoCs) is a plus.
