Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Executive role based in Ahmedabad. The Account Executive will manage and grow a portfolio of customers, focusing on construction and mining equipment sales and after-sales relationships. Daily responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, conducting client meetings and site visits, preparing quotations and proposals, and coordinating demonstrations of equipment. The role involves regular follow-up with prospects and existing customers, negotiating pricing and contract terms within company guidelines, and ensuring timely order processing and delivery in collaboration with internal teams. The Account Executive will also gather market intelligence, maintain accurate records in CRM systems, and work closely with service and support teams to resolve customer issues and drive customer satisfaction.
Qualifications

• Proven skills in sales, account management, and customer relationship building, preferably in industrial, construction, or mining equipment.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to engage with diverse stakeholders and support long-term partnerships.
• Ability to conduct market research, analyze customer needs, and prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and reports.
• Comfort with on-site client interactions, frequent local travel, and coordination with internal technical and service teams.

• Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in equipment or B2B sales.
• Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
