Job Overview:We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Accounts & Purchase Intern to support our finance and procurement operations. This internship is ideal for any bachelors degree candidate who is eager to gain hands-on experience in accounting, purchasing, and vendor coordination within the renewable energy sector.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and maintaining purchase orders, invoices, and payment records.
- Support vendor communication, quotation comparison, and basic negotiation follow-ups.
- Help update and organize accounts and procurement data in Tally and Excel.
- Track material deliveries and coordinate with technical and warehouse teams.
- Maintain proper documentation for purchases and financial transactions.
- Provide general support to the Accounts and Procurement teams as needed.
- Pursuing or completed B.Com, M.Com, Supply Chain management, Engineering or any related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and procurement processes.
- Proficient in MS Excel; familiarity with Tally or ERP systems is an advantage.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
- Valid two-wheeler license and willingness to travel locally if required.
- Gain hands-on experience in both accounting and procurement functions.
