Job Title:

Roles and Responsibilities

• Understand the current sourcing ecosystem and identify areas of improvement across cost, quality, and supply stability
• Align priorities with the function head and conduct gap analysis to build a clear action plan
• Execute sourcing plans end-to-end, owning outcomes - cost savings delivered and improved contract terms
• Repeat this problem-solving cycle across different categories, continuously improving Chaayos' sourcing portfolio
• Build documented sourcing strategies for assigned categories that stand up over time, not one-off fixes
• Collaborate closely with Central Kitchen, Operations, Finance, and Quality teams on sourcing decisions

Desired Candidate Profile

• MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute - mandatory
• 2-4 years of sourcing/procurement experience, specifically within Non-IT and CAPEX categories
• Hands-on experience in vendor identification and onboarding
• Strong negotiation skills
• Skilled at product tear-down / cost breakdown analysis
• Proven ability to - build and execute sourcing strategies
• Strong problem-solving ability - comfortable diagnosing a sourcing ecosystem before jumping to solutions
• Comfortable owning a category end-to-end, from analysis to execution
