Marketing Team Lead (Mumbai)

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for planning, creating, and executing marketing campaigns to expand their companys reach and potential customer pipeline.

2. Crafting strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative.

3. Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies.

4. Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material).

5. Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.

6. Optimize content for the website and social media platforms.

7. Stay up-to-date with digital technology developments.

8.Optimizing content for search engines and lead generation.

9. Conducting analytical projects to improve blog strategies/tactics.

10. Expertise in Brand launches, Marketing Strategy, Brand Activation & communication, Digital Marketing, PR, New Product Development, Business Planning.

11.Analyses Market Trends, establishing healthy & prolonged business relations with stakeholders.

12.An effective communicator with excellent relationship management skills and strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

13.Responsible for the P&L, Marketing Strategy, Revenue Targets and Project phasing, Cost of Sale (Budgeting Control) and Timelines (Go-to-market phasing).

Requirements and skills:

1.Experience in handling 360* Marketing functions for Real Estate sector.

2.Solid knowledge of web analytics and Google AdWords.

3.Analytical mind.

4. Critical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
