Role Description
The Sales Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Vasai. Responsibilities include engaging directly with clients to establish and maintain strong relationships, identifying customer needs to recommend appropriate property options, and effectively managing the sales process from inquiries to deal closure. The role also involves collaborating with the sales team, participating in training sessions to enhance skills, and ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction.Qualifications
- Proven skills in Communication and Negotiation
- Experience and proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, including the ability to meet targets and close deals effectively.

- Capability in conducting and participating in Training sessions to enhance team performance.
- Should have strong channel Partner Network in western/ Sobo Market
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, alongside the ability to work in a collaborative, on-site team environment.
- Experience in the real estate sector and familiarity with the Vasai / Mira Road region is an advantage.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
