Company Description Suraksha24 Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is a DPIIT-recognized IoT and SaaS startup building PEHRAA, a cloud-connected, 24×7 sensor-based security monitoring platform for Indian homes, shops, manufacturing facilities, and enterprises. PEHRAA uses a network of smart sensors—such as door and window contacts, motion detectors, glass-break sensors, and smoke/gas detectors—connected over WiFi with automatic 4G failover for continuous, resilient monitoring. The platform operates as a SaaS-delivered Central Monitoring Station, processing real-time sensor events with SOP-driven rules and human-assisted validation to distinguish genuine threats from noise and deliver verified, timestamped alerts to customers and authorized responders. Designed without cameras or video, PEHRAA is privacy-safe by design and avoids surveillance-related concerns by relying solely on sensor telemetry. Suraksha24 is currently deploying from Ludhiana, with a roadmap to scale sensor coverage and cloud infrastructure for a phased rollout across Punjab and North India, supported by an application under Invest Punjab.

Role Description The Marketing Assistant – Digital Marketing & Content role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ludhiana. This role involves supporting digital marketing campaigns, managing social media and online presence, and assisting in the creation of marketing content such as posts, blogs, emails, and basic collateral aligned with product messaging. The person in this role will conduct market research, help gather customer insights, and assist in planning and executing outreach initiatives to build brand awareness and generate leads. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with sales and customer service teams, maintaining marketing dashboards, tracking campaign performance, and ensuring consistent communication across digital channels. The role also includes basic customer interaction for feedback collection and aiding in sales enablement materials that support field and inside sales activities.

• Ability to perform Market Research to understand target segments, competition, and customer needs.
• Customer Service skills to interact professionally with customers, gather feedback, and support marketing initiatives.
• Sales and Sales & Marketing skills to assist in lead generation, promotional activities, and coordination with the sales team.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing channels (social media, email, web), and comfort with content creation tools.
• Proficiency with office productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, documents, presentation software).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Bachelors degree or relevant coursework in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
