Job Description
Telecallers discuss with potential customers to inform them of the companys offerings and services. They ensure the prospects are aware of the brand along the journey and influence them to enter the sales funnel. Additionally, they engage with existing customers to collect data on the impacts of the companys merchandise or services, which they subsequently relay to the relevant divisions to improve the user experience. A telecaller may also carry out the following tasks:
Responsibilities
- Sales the products.
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
Qualifications
- 2-5 years quota carrying sales experience.
- Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
- Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
