Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Karnal. The Human Resources Manager will oversee and manage the daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, policy development, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. They will work closely with department heads to ensure alignment between organizational goals and HR strategies, create initiatives to improve employee engagement, and oversee training and development programs. The role also includes maintaining and improving HR systems and ensuring a collaborative workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Skills in Recruitment, Employee Onboarding, and Talent Acquisition
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 2-3 years of experience in HR management or a similar role
