Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruiter based in Karnal. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from identifying staffing needs to onboarding new hires. Key responsibilities include posting job advertisements, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and maintaining candidate databases. Additionally, the Recruiter will ensure compliance with hiring policies and contribute to an inclusive and collaborative workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in talent sourcing, candidate screening, and interview management.
• Strong organizational and data management skills for maintaining accurate candidate records.
• Proven ability to develop and implement recruitment strategies and employer branding initiatives.

  Get Hired
• Effective communication and relationship-building skills to collaborate with hiring managers and candidates.
• Knowledge of HR policies, hiring regulations, and best practices in recruitment is beneficial.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and job boards.
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in recruitment, especially in the retail sector, is an advantage.
