Suzlon - Lead - Process & System - International Business

Key responsibilities :

• Standardize market development, order management, project delivery and review processes, including templates, checklists, and operating formats.
• Establish and monitor SLAs with key internal functions to ensure timely support for proposals, validations, approvals, and execution activities.
• Ensure the DAP is defined, implemented, and followed consistently across relevant business processes.
• Drive regular risk reviews, order validation, and business review forums with appropriate tracking of actions and closure.
• Coordinate cross-functional inputs, dependencies, and timelines to support effective planning and execution.
• Manage reporting, trackers, dashboards, and governance MIS for leadership visibility.
• Ensure approval compliance, documentation discipline, and adherence to defined governance standards.
• Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, and control weaknesses, and recommend improvement actions.
• Support cadence planning across functions and regions to ensure alignment on business priorities and execution milestones.
• Act as a central point of coordination for process-related follow-ups and issue resolution.

Candidate profile :

• 12-15 years of experience in business operations, PMO, commercial operations, or cross-functional program management.
• Strong understanding of governance frameworks, business process design, and coordination across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in consulting, international business, project-based businesses, or matrix organizations preferred.
• Strong analytical, planning, and reporting skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and dashboard/reporting tools.
• Ability to drive discipline, influence stakeholders, and ensure follow-through without direct authority.
