Role:
We are looking for a dedicated person to manage and support our cinemas technical infrastructure ensuring seamless operations, system security, and a high-quality guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage technical infrastructure projection, POS, and network systems.
- Provide hands-on troubleshooting support on-site and remotely.
- Ensure hardware, software, and OS are regularly maintained and updated.
- Support and assist in implementing new IT projects.
- Maintain IT security protocols and ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulations.
- Manage IT inventory, track expenses, and prepare technical reports.
- Ensure all technology supports a seamless guest experience.
- Configure and maintain local networks (LAN) and Wi-Fi systems.

Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in networking, cinema IT servers, and storage systems.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux OS.
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a cinema or entertainment industry is highly advantageous.
- Experience in management or supervisory roles preferred.
