A team of 35+ experienced immigration officers offers transparent, process-driven support with clear fees and realistic expectations. Swainz operates offices in Somajiguda and Madhapur, making in-person consultations easily accessible for clients from Hyderabad and across India.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Immigration Sales Consultant role based in Hyderabad. The consultant will engage with prospective clients via walk-ins, calls, messages, and online inquiries, understanding their immigration goals and assessing eligibility for various visa and migration programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include explaining services and processes, providing accurate information on country-specific immigration options, preparing and presenting customized proposals, and guiding clients through enrollment and documentation requirements. The role also involves maintaining strong follow-up, updating clients on application progress, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and meeting defined sales and conversion targets. Collaboration with immigration officers and operations teams to ensure smooth case handling and adherence to company standards is expected.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated Sales Consulting skills, including lead handling, presentation of services, and closing enrollments.
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction focus, with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
• Excellent Communication skills, both spoken and written, for clear explanations of complex visa and immigration concepts.
• Consulting skills to assess profiles, suggest suitable visa pathways, and provide realistic guidance aligned with regulations.
• Prior experience in immigration, education consulting, or service-based sales is highly beneficial.
• Comfort working in a target-driven environment with the ability to manage multiple client cases simultaneously.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications, CRM tools, and online communication platforms.
• Bachelors degree in any discipline; additional certifications in sales, counseling, or immigration consulting are an advantage.
