Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in Ranchi. The Human Resources Intern will assist in various HR functions including managing HR policies, handling employee benefits, and supporting personnel management. Daily tasks will involve supporting HR management, helping with recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, and assisting with the implementation of HR initiatives and policies within the organization.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
• Understanding of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or current enrollment in such a program
• Familiarity with HR software or tools is a plus
