• THE ESSENTIALS
• * Onsite — Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh
• * Night shift, aligned to US business hours
• * 3–5 years of HR experience
• WHAT YOULL DO
• * Manage internal recruitment — source, screen, and hire for our own team
• * Build and maintain an organized internal candidate database and talent pipeline
• * Hire IT developers across India on various technologies — Java, .NET, Python, cloud, data, and more
• * Run smooth onboarding and induction for new joiners
• * Support day-to-day HR operations promptly, keeping employee records accurate and up to date
• * Drive employee engagement, retention, and a positive work culture
• * Support performance reviews and address employee queries and concerns
• * Maintain HR policies and ensure compliance with applicable labor regulations
• * Work closely with management on HR matters, hiring plans, and reporting
• WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
• * 3–5 years in an HR / people operations role
• * Excellent spoken and written English communication
• * Strong interpersonal skills and genuine care for people
• * Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information
• * Comfortable with MS Word, Excel, and Google Sheets
• * A proactive, responsive team player who acts quickly and takes ownership
