Roles & Responsibilities:

• ● Manage end-to-end execution, monitoring, and optimization of digital advertising
• campaigns.
• ● Coordinate with clients, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely
• campaign launches and successful delivery.
• ● Monitor campaign performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions to
• meet campaign objectives.
• ● Generate campaign reports, analyze performance data, and provide actionable insights
• and recommendations.
• ● Work with ad-serving platforms to ensure accurate campaign setup, tracking, and
• delivery.
• ● Maintain high standards of quality assurance and operational excellence across all
• campaigns.
• ● Manage multiple client campaigns simultaneously while adhering to timelines and
• business goals.
• ● Collaborate with internal teams to improve campaign processes, workflows, and
• efficiencies.

Qualifications

Qualification and Skills - 

4-5 years of experience required.

• ● Digital Media, Ad Operations, Campaign Management, or
• Digital Advertising on the agency or publisher side.
• ● Basic understanding of ad-serving and advertising platforms such as Google Ad
• Manager (GAM) and DSPs.
• ● Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate
• effectively across teams and clients.
• ● Good analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for
• reporting, data analysis, and performance tracking.
• ● Strong problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
• ● Ability to independently manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with a high
• sense of ownership and accountability.
• ● Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities
• effectively.

Preferred Skills

• ● Understanding of digital advertising metrics, campaign optimization, and performance
• analysis.
• ● Experience in troubleshooting campaign delivery and tracking issues.
• ● Familiarity with programmatic advertising concepts and digital media ecosystems.
