• To create, design, program manage delivery of process improvement projects with the objective of productivity and/or quality enhancement with lean methodology.

• To ensure operational excellence through adherence to designed processes specifically in FnV unit of Instamart, inventory management and storage, 5S

• To ensure high levels of data quality via analysis, action planning together with the business unit

• To drive process improvement, process re-engineering, support the implementation of changed processes to improve the quality, productivity of operational processes + systems.

• To support the analysis of operational procedures, assisting with documenting and producing solutions

• To apply project management in compliance with lean methodologies to ensure controlled, structured implementations, as well as assisting in planning and execution of project tasks

• To strive for productivity increases through automation, optimization of operational processes to ensure better quality and customer satisfaction

• To find solutions, seek opportunities for the organization that will further operational and strategic goals.

• Working closely with product teams to create process and product design flows for manpower efficiency improvement and better inventory management

Qualifications

Self-Driven: Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and proactive approach
Data Analysis: Proficiency in understanding large databases and the relationships between
various metrics
Supply Chain Knowledge: Strong interest in supply chain management, analytical skills, and
persistence in working with data to extract insights
Critical Thinking: Ability to identify and address root causes of problems, both known and
unknown
Holistic Problem Solving: Consideration of all relevant factors before devising solutions.
Stakeholder Management: Skilled in managing and influencing stakeholders, both with and
without formal authority, to achieve maximum effectiveness
Execution Excellence: Proven ability to execute tasks or projects with precision, enthusiasm, and
diligence
Adaptability: Quick learner of new tools and technologies
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in executing and implementing tasks in a fast-
paced environment
