Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Manager role based in Rajkot. The Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to promote electrical and renewable energy solutions, including panels, automation systems, and related services. Daily responsibilities include market research, competitor analysis, brand positioning, and planning digital and traditional marketing activities. The role involves collaborating with sales and technical teams to create marketing collateral, presentations, and case studies, as well as managing lead generation, customer outreach, and participation in industry events. The Marketing Manager will track performance metrics, prepare reports, manage marketing budgets, and ensure consistent brand messaging aligned with the companys mission and vision.

Qualifications

• Strong marketing strategy and planning skills, including campaign development and brand management.
• Experience with digital marketing, social media management, and content creation for technical products or services.
• Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and generate insights to support business growth.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration and customer engagement.
• Background in industrial, electrical, or renewable energy sectors is highly beneficial.
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, work independently on-site, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with marketing tools, CRM systems, and basic MS Office applications.
