Role Description The Technical Head – Production is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot, responsible for overseeing end-to-end production activities for electrical distribution and automation panels. This role includes planning and monitoring production schedules, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and optimizing resources, processes, and workflows on the shop floor. The Technical Head will provide technical support to the production team, resolve technical issues, and coordinate with design, procurement, and project execution teams to meet delivery timelines. The role also involves leading and mentoring production staff, implementing training programs, enforcing safety practices, and driving continuous improvement initiatives aligned with company objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to interpret technical drawings, production data, and quality metrics, and to support process improvement and problem-solving.
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients, and to prepare clear technical reports and documentation.
• Proficiency in providing technical support for electrical panels and related equipment, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Proven team management experience, with the ability to lead, supervise, and motivate production teams, manage workloads, and handle performance feedback.
• Experience in training and developing team members on technical standards, safety procedures, and best practices in production and quality.
• Bachelors degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with substantial experience in electrical panel manufacturing or industrial electrical projects.
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and quality management systems; experience with renewable energy or power distribution projects is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Rajkot, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a structured, detail-oriented approach in a fast-paced production environment.
