Role: Zonal Head - Wealth Management (West India)

Key Responsibilities

• Business Leadership: Lead and scale the West region business across key markets (Mumbai, Pune, - Ahmedabad,Nasik,Nagpur etc.).
• Growth Delivery: Drive revenue, AUM growth, and client acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Team Management: Hire, manage, and mentor a high-performing team of Wealth Managers/Relationship Managers.
• Client Engagement: Strengthen and deepen relationships with HNI, UHNI, and Family Office clients.
• Governance & Compliance: Ensure strong governance, adherence to compliance standards, and operational excellence across the region.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 15-25 years of experience in wealth management/private banking.
• Proven track record of managing large teams and consistently achieving revenue/AUM targets.
• Strong client connect and established network in the West India market.
• Currently in a leadership role with a reputed wealth/private banking/NBFC firm.
• Strategic thinker with strong execution capability and ability to inspire teams.
