Dynamics CRM Consultant

As a Dynamics CE Technical Consultant with 3 to 6 years of experience at Synoptek, you will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and supporting Dynamics CE to meet business needs. Your role will involve understanding the Solution Design Document, developing custom solutions using programming languages like C#, JavaScript, and .NET, performing unit testing and integration testing, working on creating solutions throughout multiple environments, utilizing Azure DevOps, adhering to coding guidelines, working closely with other team members, and preparing training materials for junior resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand the Solution Design Document and derive technical specifications.
• Develop custom solutions using programming languages like C#, JavaScript, and .NET, as well as utilizing the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Perform unit testing and integration testing to ensure quality and functionality of implemented solutions. Coordinate with Functional Consultant for testing and bug fixing.
• Work on creating solutions, adding required components, and performing scheduled deployments throughout multiple environments.
• Ability to work with Azure DevOps for tracking work items, backlogs, sprints, and dashboards for task management and progress visualization.
• Adhere to coding guidelines and best practices.
• Maintain code repository and source control.
• Follow Sprint plan, deployment plan, and Migration plan created by Technical Architect.
• Prepare training material for junior resources.

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Dynamics 365 CRM certification preferred (Configuration and Customization, Sales, Service, Marketing, Field Service, Professional Service Automation).
• At least 4-6 years of customer-facing project management or client engagement experience.
• At least 4-6 years of technical experience.
• Demonstrated experience with designing and implementing integrations, solid understanding of integration requirements between CRM and ERP systems.
• Demonstrated experience in business process design and documentation as they pertain to Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Experience with Power BI and/or other reporting solutions relative to Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Vertical Knowledge a plus (finance / manufacturing / healthcare, etc.).
