Job Summary

The QA/QC Executive will be responsible for ensuring that all products, services, and processes meet the company’s quality standards. This role involves monitoring, testing, inspecting, and reporting to maintain consistent quality.

• Key Responsibilities
• Perform quality checks on software, data, or processes as per defined standards.
• Document and report defects, inconsistencies, and errors to the development/production team.
• Assist in creating and updating quality control procedures.
• Conduct manual and automated testing (if applicable).
• Ensure compliance with internal and client-specific quality guidelines.
• Coordinate with project managers and team members to resolve quality issues.
• Maintain quality reports and inspection logs.

• Requirements
• Education: Graduate in any stream (B.Tech/BCA/MCA preferred for IT roles).
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Basic understanding of QA/QC processes and tools.
• Good communication skills (written & verbal).
• Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of software testing tools (bonus, not mandatory for freshers).
