Role Overview
DViO Digital is looking for a performance-driven Associate Manager - Media and Performance Marketing to lead digital campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and Amazon Ads.
You'll be responsible for driving acquisition, optimizing campaigns, managing budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business results.
Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across digital platforms.
- Optimize performance based on CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Analyze data using tools like Excel, Google Analytics, and dashboards.
- Manage campaign budgets, forecasts, and ensure ROI targets are met.
- Run A/B tests and improve creatives, landing pages, and funnels.
- Work closely with internal teams for aligned campaign execution.
- Improve user journeys across web and app experiences.
- Stay updated on media trends and marketing tools.
Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in performance marketing (Google, Meta, Amazon/LinkedIn).
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Budget management and audience targeting expertise.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, GTM, Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong team collaboration and communication skills.
