Warehouse Operations Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for anE-commerce Warehouse & Operations Managerto manageend-to-end operationsincludingAmazon FBA, Flipkart FBF, Vendor Central, and Quick Commerce platforms.

The candidate must haveprevious hands-on experience in the Consumer Electronics / Mobile Accessories industry, with strong skills in inventory, dispatch, compliance, MIS, andteam management.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse & Inventory Management

• Manageinward & outward stock flowwith 100% accuracy.
• Maintain properinventory recordsusing ERP/WMS/Excel.
• Conductcycle counts, stock audits, and reconciliation.
• ImplementFIFO/LIFOinventory management practices.

E-commerce Fulfillment (Amazon FBA & Flipkart FBF)

• ProcessPOs on Vendor CentralCreateASNs, GRNs, Packing Slips, and ensure timely dispatch.
• Maintainpacking standards, SKU labeling accuracy, and platform-specific packaging requirements.
• Manageorder processing, picking, packing, labeling, and dispatch.
• Coordinate withAmazon/Flipkart warehouse teamsfor smooth FBA/FBF operations.

Quick Commerce Operations (Blinkit, Zepto)

• Stock allocation, and replenishmentto Quick Commerce partners.
• Ensurereal-time stock updatesto avoid cancellations and penalties.
• Maintainfast dispatch standardsrequired for instant delivery models.
• Coordinate with vendors/logistics to ensuretimely stock availability.
• Manage Transportation.

Team & Reporting

• Lead and supervise thewarehouse teamfor efficiency and productivity.
• Generatedaily/weekly/monthly MIS reports(VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot, Data Analysis).
• Monitorreturns, replacements, and reverse logistics.
• Driveprocess improvements, cost reduction, and complianceacross all operations.

Preferred candidate profile

• 5+ years of proven experienceinE-commerce & Warehouse Operations.
• Industry experience must:Consumer Electronics / Mobile Accessories.
• Strong knowledge ofAmazon FBA, Flipkart FBF, Vendor Central, and Quick Commerce (Blinkit, Zepto).
• ExcellentExcel & MIS reporting skillsVLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis.
• Proficiency inERP/WMS software.
• Team handling & leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
