• Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Manager for our Pesticides Division. The ideal candidate should have 5–8 years of experience in multinational agrochemical or pesticide companies and possess a strong blend of technical and marketing expertise. This role requires close coordination with field teams, distributors, dealers, and customers to drive product awareness, market penetration, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for the pesticides portfolio.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify growth opportunities.
• Support business planning and market expansion initiatives.

Product Promotion

• Design and implement product promotion campaigns.
• Coordinate with Sales and R&D teams for successful product launches.
• Enhance brand visibility and customer engagement through marketing activities.

Field Support & Training

• Train field support staff on product knowledge and marketing initiatives.
• Conduct farmer meetings, product demonstrations, and field trials.
• Provide technical and commercial support to the sales team.

Business Development

• Develop strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key customers.
• Drive business growth through innovative marketing and channel development programs.
• Identify new market opportunities and customer segments.

Performance Monitoring

• Monitor marketing KPIs and campaign effectiveness.
• Prepare regular reports and recommendations for management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards related to pesticide marketing.

Candidate Profile

Educational Qualification

• M.Sc. in Agriculture, Agronomy, Plant Protection, Entomology, or related discipline.
• MBA in Marketing or Business Administration.

Experience

• 5–8 years of experience in Marketing within Agrochemical/Pesticide companies.
• Experience with multinational companies will be preferred.
• Proven track record in product promotion, market development, and field team training.

Skills Required

• Excellent market research and analytical abilities.
• Ability to train, mentor, and motivate field teams.
• Knowledge of agrochemical industry regulations and farmer requirements.
