About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, experience handling recruitment processes, and knowledge of job portals to close positions effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and other platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Handle candidate follow-ups, offer discussions, and joining formalities.
• Maintain candidate database, trackers, and recruitment MIS.
• Understand hiring requirements and deliver suitable profiles within timelines.
