Head - Social Media

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow social media presence across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, X (Twitter), Facebook, and other relevant channels.
• Create and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Own the social media content calendar and ensure timely content publishing.
• Collaborate with content, design, video, and marketing teams to develop engaging campaigns.
• Drive audience growth, community engagement, and follower acquisition.
• Monitor platform performance and provide actionable insights through analytics.
• Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
• Manage campaign execution, influencer collaborations, and brand initiatives.
• Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, impressions, follower growth, and lead generation.

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in Social Media Management.
• Hands-on experience managing multiple social media platforms simultaneously.
• Strong expertise in content planning and calendar management.
• Experience driving audience acquisition and community growth.
• Understanding of social media analytics and performance reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with content-led or media brands.
• Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools.
• Experience running paid social campaigns.
