The Role:

The Vice President will play a central role in managing transaction execution, supporting seller onboarding, buyer matching activities and leading a growing team of analysts, associates and deal professionals. This is a hands-on leadership role combining execution management, client management and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

Transaction Execution:

• Lead execution of live M&A and capital raising transactions
• Manage transaction timelines and deal processes
• Coordinate buyers, investors, clients, lawyers and advisers
• Identify and resolve execution bottlenecks
• Drive transactions toward successful completion.

Seller Onboarding:

• Meet prospective sellers and business owners
• Assess transaction readiness and suitability
• Guide clients through onboarding and preparation processes

Buyer & Investor Matching:

• Support buyer outreach and engagement
• Facilitate introductions and transaction discussions
• Maintain momentum throughout the deal process.

Team Leadership:

• Manage and mentor analysts, associates and execution professionals
• Review work product and ensure quality standards
• Improve internal processes and transaction workflows.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of M&A execution experience
• Prior transaction experience across Southeast Asia strongly preferred, with broader international market experience also considered
• Experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, corporate finance, private equity or corporate development
• Demonstrated involvement in completed transactions
• Experience managing junior professionals and multiple live transactions
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
• Strong communication and leadership capability
