Technology Consulting Analyst AI

TailorFlow AI is a Cambridge-based enterprise AI services company that designs and delivers bespoke solutions for complex business problems. We help enterprises and ambitious mid-market organizations identify valuable AI opportunities and implement systems that work in real business environments.

Our customers are based across the UK, South Africa, the Americas and Australia. Most work happens asynchronously, offering flexibility in how team members structure their day. Depending on the project, you should be comfortable maintaining three to four hours of overlap with the relevant customer geography.

We are a small, growing team primarily based in Cambridge, with newer team members working remotely from India. As our international customer base grows, we are adding more remote team members in India.

We value people who take ownership, approach problems constructively and remain positive when working through ambiguity. We look for colleagues who investigate problems, propose solutions and help move projects forward.

We are looking for a Technology Consulting Analyst who can connect client needs with the possibilities and constraints of AI technology.

You will help analyze processes, structure requirements, support solution design and coordinate communication between client stakeholders and delivery teams.

• Understand client systems, data sources, workflows and integration needs.
• Translate business needs into structured functional requirements.
• Support solution-design discussions with analysts and engineers.
• Document process flows, data requirements, assumptions and dependencies.
• Assist with demonstrations, testing and implementation planning.
• Track project actions and communicate progress clearly to stakeholders.

• Up to three years of experience in technology consulting, business analysis, software delivery or a related area.
• Ability to understand both business processes and technical concepts.
• Strong logical thinking and attention to detail.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Interest in applied AI, software systems and enterprise transformation.
• A proactive and collaborative working style.

• A degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, business or a related field.
• Exposure to APIs, cloud platforms, databases or software projects.
• Experience creating requirements, diagrams or technical documentation.

You do not need to code, but you should be comfortable learning how modern AI applications fit into wider business systems.

• Work on real AI implementations for international clients.
• Gain exposure to different industries, business functions and use cases.
• Work directly with experienced founders and technical specialists.
• Work remotely with flexibility and meaningful ownership.
• Grow with a small team where strong performers can take on responsibility quickly.
