Senior Functional Analyst

What you will work on:

As a Senior Functional Analyst, you translate business needs into clear, valuable product requirements and help shape robust, scalable solutions for the UMAX product portfolio—today and as our product evolves.

• Be the link between Business and R&D for a part of our UMAX product portfolio.
• Manage customer expectations and translate business requirements into clear application solutions using Agile story techniques.
• Be responsible for the budget, value, and quality of your requirements.
• Play a pivotal role in the Scrum team: refine stories, align priorities, and support a steady delivery cadence.
• Document, train, and guide stakeholders in adopting new product software.

What you bring:

Must-have:

• 5-10 years of experience as a functional analyst, product owner, or equivalent role.
• A Bachelors or Masters degree, preferably in applied sciences, economics, science, or equivalent experience.
• Interest in ERP/CIS and the functional domains related to the utilities industry.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English—able to distill business and functional topics into clear messages.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience in the utility sector.
• Agile Product Owner certification.
• Agile story techniques.
• Understanding of the Agile Manifesto.
• Knowledge of application development, preferably with a product-oriented approach rather than project one-offs.
• Microsoft certifications in D365 Finance, D365 Customer Insights, or D365 Power Platform.
• UX experience.
