Accounts Receivable Specialist

What role you will play in team: You'll be a key member of the accounts receivable team, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.

What you will do: You will manage customer accounts, resolve payment discrepancies, and contribute to efficient cash flow management.

Key responsibility:

• Process incoming payments and reconcile accounts.
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate customer account records.
• Prepare and distribute monthly account statements.
• Assist with month-end closing procedures.
• Collaborate with sales and other departments to resolve billing issues.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field preferred.
• Experience with accounts receivable processes.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
