About the Role:

We are looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute digital marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, and lead generation for our wealth management and investment business. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in performance marketing, SEO, content strategy, social media, marketing automation, and analytics, preferably within the financial services or fintech industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
• Plan, manage, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Drive customer acquisition through performance marketing while maintaining target CAC and ROI.
• Lead SEO and SEM initiatives to improve organic visibility and website traffic.
• Develop and execute content marketing strategies, including blogs, landing pages, newsletters, videos, and educational investor content.
• Manage social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Design teams to launch campaigns for new products, trading platforms, investment solutions, PMS, AIF, Mutual Funds, and wealth advisory services.
• Build and optimize marketing funnels to improve lead generation and conversion rates.
• Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, GA4, Search Console, Tag Manager, and other marketing analytics tools.
• Manage email marketing and marketing automation campaigns to improve customer engagement and retention.
• Track campaign performance and present actionable insights through dashboards and reports.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, fintech innovations, and regulatory guidelines applicable to financial marketing.

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and YouTube Ads.
• Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, keyword research, and technical SEO.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and marketing dashboards.
• Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Understanding of conversion optimization, A/B testing, remarketing, and lead nurturing.
• Excellent content planning and copywriting coordination skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience:

• 5-8 years of digital marketing experience.
• Prior experience in Fintech, Broking, Wealth Management, Investment Advisory, Mutual Funds, Banking, NBFC, or BFSI.
• Familiarity with investor acquisition campaigns and financial compliance guidelines will be an added advantage.

Education:

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• MBA (Marketing) is preferred.
• Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, or similar certifications will be an added advantage.
