- We are looking for a Creative & Ideas-Driven Content Writer who can turn concepts into engaging content for our Beauty, Fashion & Retail academies.
- If you are someone who constantly thinks of new ideas, creative hooks, trending content formats and engaging storytelling, this role is for you.
- You should also be comfortable using AI tools to research, brainstorm, improve and create content faster and more effectively.
- Key Responsibilities
- Create creative and engaging content for Beauty, Fashion & Retail audiences.
- Develop Instagram Content, captions, ad copies, scripts and campaign content.
- Generate fresh content ideas based on trends, audience behaviour and campaigns.
- Write strong hooks, headlines, CTAs and storytelling-based content.
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing and Creative teams to develop campaign concepts.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and other content/creative AI tools for research, ideation and content development.
- Adapt content according to different audiences, platforms and business objectives.
- Understand brand communication and maintain a consistent tone across all three sectors.
- Support promotional campaigns, workshops, events and academy-related communication.

- Ability to come up with new and unconventional content ideas.
- Good understanding of social media content and current trends.
- Comfortable working across Beauty, Fashion and Retail sectors.
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and ideation.
- Ability to convert simple ideas into engaging scripts and content.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Prior experience in social media, advertising, education, fashion, beauty or retail content will be an advantage.
