Job Description
- Requirement -
- · 10–15+ years of overall experience in IPOs, Merchant Banking, Capital Markets, or Financial Due Diligence.
- · Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing IPO execution teams.
- · Hands-on experience in end-to-end IPO execution, including pre-issue and post-issue activities.
- · Strong knowledge of SEBI Regulations, ICDR Regulations, LODR Regulations, Companies Act, and Merchant Banking Guidelines.
- · Experience in handling multiple IPO assignments and coordinating with regulators and intermediaries.
- · Proven leadership in stakeholder management, team development, and strategic decision-making.
