Renewals Advisor

The renewals advisor is responsible for managing and processing renewals of business licenses, visas, establishment cards and other government – related documents for clients. The role involves ensure timely renewals, maintaining compliance with UAE regulations, and providing excellent customer service through the renewals process while driving business growth by successfully renewing existing licenses and maintaining a strong relationship with channel partners.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generating and managing outbound leads from multiple channels including phone calls, email, walk-in and any other forms of media at disposal.
• Provide professional consultive guidance to clients regarding company formation, business activity selection and relevant regulatory framework.
• Follow up on leads promptly, updating leads status, action and client notes consistently in CRM (Zoho)
• Maintaining a high conversion rate by qualifying clients accurately, maintaining a healthy relationship to encourage repeat business, addressing objections confidently, and closing leads efficiently.
• Responding promptly to client calls, emails and WhatsApp messages in alignment with the departments 24/7 operational coverage and communication standards.
• Adhere to internal SLA standards for response time across all communication channels, including calls, emails, WhatsApp, chat and face-to-face interactions.
• Consistently maintaining high levels of professionalism.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless handing of client request, documentation and service delivery.
• Provide accurate and transparent information about license packages, pricing, timelines and setup processes tailored to clients needs.
• Maintain deep knowledge of product offerings, current promotions and competitor packages.
• Manage and update the CRM to reflect real-time process, status and key communication with prospects and converted clients. Encourage satisfied clients to leave positive Google reviews as part of contributing to the company's online reputation and service credibility.
• Prepare ad-hoc tasks, reports or documentation as requested by the line manager.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

• Additional certifications in sales, CRM, or customer engagement are a plus.
• 2–4 years of experience in consultative sales, business setup advisory, or client-facing roles in high-performance environments.
• Experience working in free zones, business formation, or service-based industries (e.g., hospitality, real estate, banking) is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Zoho) and sales tracking tools.
• Strong working knowledge of CRM systems and sales pipelines (preferably Zoho CRM).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Comfortable navigating business setup platforms and online licensing portals.
• Basic reporting and performance analysis capabilities.
• Understanding of UAE company formation processes, free zone structures, and visa frameworks is an advantage.
