Key Responsibilities:
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, agreements, NDAs, vendor agreements, and otherlegaldocuments.
• Handlelegalresearch, risk identification and mitigation support for business operations.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws, statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Provide day-to-daylegalsupport to internal teams (commercial, HR, compliance, operations).
• Maintainlegalrecords,legalcorrespondence, and support dispute resolution as needed.
• Coordinate with external counsel where required.
