Executive - Surface Finishing (Plating)

Role & responsibilities

• Supervised Plating production line operations, ensuring quality standards, with timely output .
• Managed a team of workers, facilitating training with safety standards .
• Electroplating operations (Zinc, Zinc Nickel).
• Surface preparation & activation.
• Chemical bath maintenance & analysis .
• Quality control & thickness measurement.
• Defect identification & root cause analysis.
• Safety & environmental compliance (MSDS, PPE).
• Process documentation and reporting.
• Equipment calibration and maintenance
• Good Knowledge in Electroplating & Hull Cell Test.
• Zinc Dust & Carbon treatment.
• Troubleshooting Zn & Zn ni bath.
• Analysis of oil content in Degreasing.
• Good Analytical skill and Bath Maintenance.
• Team management & Production process contrl.

Preferred candidate profile

• Relocate to Kolar , Vemagal industrial area.
• Having good Knowledge of Zinc , Zinc alkaline plating.
• Having good knowledge of chemicals used for plating.
• Having experience of Barrel plating or Zig plating.
