Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complete Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Treasury, Audit, MIS, Budgeting, Costing, FP&A, Compliance and Business Finance functions.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning and profitability improvement initiatives.
• Ensure timely monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing and reporting.
• Manage statutory compliance, GST, Income Tax, audits and corporate governance.
• Own working capital, cash flow, banking relationships and treasury operations.
• Implement strong internal controls and risk management practices.
• Drive SAP S/4 HANA finance transformation and automation.
• Support business growth through financial analysis and leadership inputs.
• Lead finance team development and succession planning.

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• SAP S/4 HANA / SAP HANA experience mandatory.
• 15+ years of experience in finance Department.
• Automotive industry experience mandatory.
• Big 4 experience would be an added advantage.
