Financial Reporting
Oversee the preparation and analysis of accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Present financial reports to the executive team, providing insights and recommendations for decision-making.
Risk Management
Identify and assess potential financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
Cash Flow Management
Manage cash flow effectively, optimizing working capital and liquidity.
Implement strategies to enhance the companys cash position and minimize financial risks.
Investment And Capital Management
Evaluate investment opportunities and advise on potential acquisitions or divestitures.
Optimize the companys capital structure to support growth and profitability.
Tax Planning And Compliance
Lead tax planning initiatives to optimize the organizations tax position while ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.
Stay abreast of changes in tax laws and assess their impact on the organization, providing proactive recommendations.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with executive leadership, stakeholders, and team members.
In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and reporting standards.
