About:

• Design and drive L&D Frameworks
• Lead organizational development initiatives - culture building, employee engagement, change management
• Maintaining OD repositories (org charts, JD libraries, competency dictionaries)
• Administering surveys, compiling results and maintaining MIS
• Proficiency in data analytics and dashboards
• Administering assessments and supporting logistics
• Craft and execute impactful learning & development strategies aligned to business goals
• Manage and drive performance management & career progression programs
• Champion organisation values, foster a diverse and inclusive culture and support business transformation

Desired Candidate:

• 8-10 years of HR experience, with a background in OD, and L&D
• Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources, OD/Organizational Behavior or Organizational Psychology
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and analytical skills
• Attention to detail + process discipline
• Strong communication skills for employee interfaces
• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability
• Proficient in HR analytics, change management and digital tools
• Ability to recognize patterns from feedback & escalate insights
• Learning agility
