CRM Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, maintain, and customize the CRM platform to meet business needs.
• Manage user access, roles, and security permissions within the CRM.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends, support decision-making, and improve data quality.
• Develop and execute targeted marketing and retention campaigns through the CRM.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, IT, and support teams to improve CRM adoption and usability.
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, workflows, and automation.
• Provide training and ongoing support for CRM users.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with CRM vendors as needed.
• Oversee CRM data governance, including database clean-ups and ensuring data standards.

What We're Looking For:

• Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Knowledge of automation, reports, and how systems connect with each other.
• Good at analyzing problems and finding solutions.
• Strong communication and coordination skills across teams.
• Eye for detail, especially when it comes to data.
• A degree in business, marketing, IT, or a related field.
• CRM certifications (like Salesforce Admin or HubSpot CRM) are a plus.

Nice to Have:- Experience in sales support, marketing automation, or customer service roles.

• Basic understanding of APIs or connecting different systems.
• Willingness to keep learning about CRM tools and best practices.
