Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations, including payroll, attendance, statutory compliance, employee lifecycle management, and month-end HR closing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with HRMS, payroll software, and ATS platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll and validate payroll inputs.
• Manage employee attendance, leave, and timesheets.
• Handle statutory compliances (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, LWF, etc.).
• Complete month-end HR closing and prepare HR MIS reports.
• Manage onboarding, employee documentation, confirmations, exits, and Full & Final settlements.
• Maintain employee records in HRMS and ATS.
• Manage recruitment coordination and candidate records using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
• Coordinate with Finance and department heads for smooth HR operations.

Required Skills

• 2–5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Operations Executive.
• Hands-on experience in payroll processing, attendance management, and statutory compliance.
• Experience using HRMS, payroll software, and ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
• Knowledge of PF, ESI, PT, labor laws, and employee lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HR reporting.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
