CA with 8 + Yrs (Only D2C / FMCG / Personal Care / Cosmetics / Pharma / Food / Backgrounds) experience with Zoho Books Mandatory

:
- Lead end-to-end accounting operations, including AP/AR, reconciliation, ledgers, tax filings, and audit readiness.
- Finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual books of accounts as per statutory and internal timelines.
- Prepare MIS reports, P&L, cash flow statements, and budget vs. actual analysis for management review.
- Ensure 100% compliance with all applicable tax laws (GST, TDS, Income Tax) and handle return filings.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities for statutory and internal audits.
- Supervise invoicing, credit note processing, and payment cycles for distributors, e-commerce platforms, and vendors.
- Maintain and improve internal financial controls and accounting systems.
- Manage a team of accountants and collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and procurement teams.
- Optimize working capital, monitor collections, and flag risks proactively.
Requirements:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (mandatory - NO MBA / CMA / ICWA etc)
- 8+ years of relevant experience in handling accounts in a consumer products, pharma, or D2C setup
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian statutory norms
- Proficiency in Tally ERP / Zoho Books / SAP / or similar accounting systems
- Excellent command over Excel, reconciliation, and reporting tools
- Leadership capability to manage junior accountants and external consultants
- Strong eye for detail, problem-solving mindset, and integrity
